The packages will be shipped by our partners UPS.

 

Your product will be shipped within the period which is mentioned at the product. The average shipment time for each region is:

 

- Region 1 (1 days) = the Netherlands

- Region 2 (2-4 days) = Europe

- Region 3 (2-4 days) = Rest of the world

 

For every shipment we charge a one time fee.

- Region 1 EUR 5,50: the Netherlands

- Region 2 EUR 8,50: the rest of Europe

- Region 3 EUR 15,00: throughout the rest of the world (Priority shipment)

 

Unfortunately there may occur problems with the shipping and delivery of our products. Of course will do everything in our power to avoid that.

 

With Ajax you are able to return your goods for an exchange or refund provided that is within 14 days and make sure the items have not been worn. For return instructions please go to your account on

If goods are returned in their original packing along with the invoice and your bank details we will also refund your postal cost. If not freight they will remain at your charge. Refunds are made by cheque within the 7 days that follow the receipt of returned goods.
