How to shop online?
You need to login into your Ajaxshop.nl account. If you do not have a Ajaxshop.nl account you need to check-in first, otherwise you cannot proceed online shopping. When you have finished making your account press: continue. You will then proceed to the payment page where you need to select how you would like your payments to be done. Enter your details. If you do have an account you can start online shopping. When you have chosen your goods and the right sizes you can place your order into the shopping bag. When you’re satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout. You will then go to the payment procedure. Choose the payment you have selected before and finish the order. You will then receive an email confirmation.

How long does delivery take?
In the Ajaxshop.nl you will find the expected delivery date next to the product. Products which are in stock will be deliverd, in The Netherlands or Belgium within 1 or 2 days.
The delivery status for other European countries are:
Germany, Luxembourg, France 2 to 3 days* ( *if products are in stock )

What to do when your shipment has not been deliverd?
Orders that are shipped to a Dutch address is done by PostNL. If your purchase does not fit through the mailbox, your purchase will be deliverd as a package. In this case you will receive a track and trace number as soon as your order has been shipped. With your track and trace number you can log-in to the PostNl service and watch the status of your package.

When you receive this message " There are no items found for this combination" which may occur when you would like to see the status of your shipment. This only means that PostNL has not yet processed your order. You will the next day.
