Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange your purchased goods. We find it important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. The return period is 14 days from the time the shipment is received. It is also possible to exchange a product for another product. You will have to place a new order in the Ajaxshop.nl
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, and you wish to return the shipment, go to your Ajax account on the Ajaxshop.nl. Login and click on the orders.
You are able to exchange goods, but be sure the goods have not been used or worn, undamaged, in good condition and in the original packing. Goods which are damaged or have not been returned according to the sales and conditions, will not be accepted. All returned goods will be inspected upon entry.Only pre-registered goods through ajaxshop.nl/account will be processed. The return shipment must be provided with a complete return document.

Within how many days can I trade?
All goods purchased from ajaxshop.nl can be returned. This needs to be done within 14 days after delivery.

Within how many days can I expect my refund?
We will refund within 7 days, after we have received the goods and appoved the reason for exchange, on your bank account Paypal or creditcard account, depending on how you paid your order. A credit card company will generally take longer.
